Referral is needed and we have recently introduced the so-called electronic referral-based referrals (telemedicine; this system works this way 80-90% of the time). Appointments need to be booked by e-mail. This also means triage (pre-screening), because specialists are evaluated online and that is how consideration of severity aspects and the high quality of care are provided. This system helps the work of specialist clinics. This makes it possible to have online consultation, informing the medical documents and ordering medicines. Our purpose is the usage and development of the telemedicine.
