Referrals and appointments are required. Appointments are provided by the surgery staff.
When visiting our outpatient clinic patients need to present the following documents:
- referral
- all current and former (from past years) medical records (including medical records of outpatient consultations, hospital discharge records)
- a list of medications taken regulary
