The Pulmonology Clinic provides an opportunity for lung patients to have respiratory rehabilitation. Patients can present with a referral on Thursdays from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM in the specialist outpatients'. First a preliminary assessment of the condition of the patient is done here and then the specialist will decide about the options of rehabilitation. The specialist, the patient and the physiotherapist prepare a rehabilitation plan. If the patient thinks a hospitalization would be needed, it can also be arranged after booking an appointment. The duration of the respiratory rehabilitation is optimally 4-8 weeks, which can be repeated every half year.
