Glaucoma specialty clinic
Informations
The glaucoma specialist outpatient unit of our ward has been providing health service since 1992. The objective of the visits is to provide complex care to known glaucoma patients, and follow them by not only regularly measuring the eye pressure but also by checking the main functions of the ocular nerve, by carrying out computer assisted visual field tests, and checking the status of the iridocorneal angle.
Should the conservative treatment be inadequate, laser treatment and surgery are also available at our ward.
Patients can present for a visit without a referral, an appointment can be booked per phone.
