The role of quality provided has a key importance in the performance of the hospital. To achieve this, the Quality Management Department operates a comprehensive quality management system. The detailed regulations for the preparation of documents regulating the operation of the Teaching Hospital, their integration into the quality management system and the updating of such documents are included in the Integrated Manual of Quality Management and Information Security and the closely related procedural instructions and procedures. The documents referred to above shall also be governing in terms of the integration of the documents regulating local professional care into the quality management system according to decree no. 18/2013 (5 March) of the Ministry of Human Capacities.
