To conclude the contract, the personal documents of the person in need of care and the relative of the person signing the contract are required (identity card, residential address card, tax card, TAJ card, residential address card). At the time of admission, it is necessary to bring the previous examination findings, previous final reports, the list of currently taken medications, toiletries and tools (e.g.: shampoo, shower gel, slippers, glass, etc.). Patients are provided with pajamas and nightgowns as needed, but they can also wear their own clothes during the care period, but the relatives must take responsibility for changing and cleaning them. Visiting is possible from 8 AM to 8 PM, its duration is not limited, and the relative can stay with the person being cared for if needed.
The patient can leave at any time during their stay in the department, in consultation with the relative, but the care fee for the duration of the leave must also be paid. For the duration of the absence, the medicines are provided by our institution. Please notify the ward nurse in advance of your departure.
