The Urology and Andrology Division has scheduling authority in two blocks, blocks IX and X of the central operating room.
After the introduction of the case, the time of the surgeries is registered in a booking system managed by the head of department, which is updated every day online as well by the medical clerks.
According to the central regulations, the schedule of surgeries for the following week are also submitted after confirmation by the head physician to the office of the operating room every Friday to facilitate capacity planning.
If possible, the examinations and preparation before surgery are performed within the framework of outpatient care with the coordination of the actual surgeon.
