Specialist consultations at Varga Street and Szent Anna Street (Psychology, Psychotherapy) are available for patients suffering from various psychiatric disorders (schizophrenia, depression, anxiety disorders, panic disorder, phobias, dementia, mental handicaps). Outpatient services function in close collaboration with the Adult Psychiatry Division and the Daytime Hospital.
Assessments by specialists are also completed here (guardianship, certifications for driving competence, decisions about placement at care institutions). During treatment, if needed, patients receive further care through placement at an institutions.
Patients may visit without an appointment, may be referred by a family doctor or specialist, or inpatient departments may direct them to our specialist consultations for further care. Patients are directed to the appropriate level of care based on the type of treatment they require.
