The admission or transfer of patients takes place after a medical consultation preferably by the patient’s bedside.
Only the head physician (or his/her deputy) or the doctor on duty has the authority to admit an ill or injured patient from another institute.
Patients are transferred to other institutes only after consultation with the head physician (or his/her deputy) of those institutes.
