The Gastroenterology Department operating on the Gyula Kenézy Campus of the Gastroenterology Clinic provides gastroenterology care for the residents of Hajdú-Bihar County.
Referral is needed and an appointment can be booked:

- or patients can book an appointment in person, too.
Colon cancer screening can be booked for participants in the EFOP-1.8.1-VEKOP-15-2016-00001 complex public health screening at the same contact details.
When requesting an appointment by e-mail, please provide the following information:

- What examination would you like to make an appointment for: specialist clinic (consultation), endoscopy of the stomach (gastroscopy), endoscopy of the colon (colonoscopy).
- Are you under care? Yes / No
- If so, who is your doctor?
Attach your referral from your general practitioner or specialist to the e-mail. On the referral, in addition to the date of referral, the medical history and laboratory and imaging test results supporting the reason for the referral should be included in 2-3 sentences, or the medical documentation justifying the referral may be attached.
We will notify you by e-mail about the appointment and the date of the specialist examination within 72 hours.
