The radiotherapy specialist consultation at the Department of Oncoradiology is available for outpatients with an oncological diagnosis from Hajdú-Bihar County, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County, and Szabolcs-Szatmár County. The complex oncological care includes registering patients arriving with a referral for external or internal radiotherapy, preparing and scheduling the examinations required for the treatment. Most patients are treated on an outpatient basis, meaning that patients can return home after receiving their radiation therapy.
