The aim of the examination is to decide what the biological nature of the palpable lesions or lesions visible on images is, and also what further steps would need to be taken. During the examination some cells will be collected from the lesion by using a fine needle (injection needle) to facilitate the diagnosis.

The examination is similar to drawing blood. There is no need to come in a fasting condition. The result of the test (unless additional examinations are needed) are available within one hour from sampling.

Appointment:

Not necessary if the lesions are palpable.
