The specialist outpatient clinic is only available with a referral given by a specialist for hospitalized patients or patients from the polyclinic. You are requested to bring along your previous medical reports. The specialists of the unit may overrule the request for assessments. You are referred by your attending doctor to a special X-ray examination (a CT scan)

If the examination is not performed or not fully executed important information may remain hidden, which may make the precise diagnosis more difficult and consequently lack of appropriate therapy may hinder your healing process. Prior to the examination you must inform the doctor of your pregnancy or suspected pregnancy.
