The Neonatal Care Unit follows up preterm neonates born before gestation week 37 and mature babies who need intensive care due to a severe postnatal illness; initiation of physiotherapy and developmental training if developmental delay is detected.

In our institute, within the Neonatal Care Unit regular check-up is provided for pediatric neurosurgery patients of the Clinical Center, and also indications for surgeries are assessed and adequate preparation for surgery is performed.
