APPOINTMENTS FOR ENDOSCOPIC EXAMINATIONS (GASTROSCOPY AND COLONOSCOPY) ARE ONLY ISSUED AT A SPECIALIST CONSULTATION, AFTER PRIOR SPECIALIST MEDICAL OPINION, OR BASED ON AN ELECTRONIC EXAMINATION REQUEST FORM OF THE SPECIALIST REQUESTING THE EXAMINATION. 

ASK YOUR REFERRING SPECIALIST FOR AN ELECTRONIC APPOINTMENT AND PROVIDE YOUR CONTACT DETAILS SO WE CAN NOTIFY YOU OF THE DATE OF THE ENDOSCOPIC EXAMINATION!

Our specialist clinics require a referral and an appointment!

We have two general gastroenterology specialty clinics on the Kenézy Gyula Campus from Monday to Friday. Address: University of Debrecen Clinical Centre, Department of Gastroenterology Kenézy Gyula Campus, Outpatient Care Building, 1st floor (located above the Traumatology Outpatient Care Unit), 4031 Debrecen, Bartók Béla street 2-26. At the Nagyerdei Campus, the general gastroenterology specialty clinic operates only on Fridays. Address: 4032 Debrecen, Nagyerdei krt. 98., Department of Internal Medicine Building B, basement.

Our other clinics at the basement of Building B of the Nagyerdei Campus Department of Internal Medicine:

  • Coeliac disease and Food anaphylaxis specialty clinic

Two hepatology specialty clinics operate on the ground floor of the Department of Gastroenterology, Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 3 pm. In addition to the central appointment, you can also request an appointment at the following options:

Please attach your referral from your GP or specialist to the email. You will be notified of your appointment and the appointment of the specialist examination by e-mail within 72 hours. 

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IN PERSON!

If you have a referral from a general practitioner marked "Urgent", the evaluation of the results of the urgent examination can only take place in person at the Emergency Gastroenterology Outpatient Clinic on the ground floor of the Department of Gastroenterology on the Nagyerdei Campus between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm on workdays.
