Patients requiring acute care but not arriving in an ambulance or a patient transport vehicle should register at the Outpatient Registration Office during outpatient consultation hours (from 9 AM to 3 PM on weekdays), and should wait until they are called into the examination room on the basis of their registration number. Out-of-hours care requires referral that patients can either obtain from the relevant emergency care providers or their GP.
Due to the emergency state caused by the corona virus pandemic new procedural rules have been introduced in patient care.
