Patients are to arrive for the follow-up examination at the preset consultation at the prearranged time.
The following documents must be brought for the follow-up examination: earlier patient files, discharge summaries, reports of check-up laboratory and imaging tests.
If the appointed time is not appropriate for whatever reason, it can be modified by phone 52/255-288 between 7 AM - 3 PM.
If any of the personal data change before the follow-up examinations, patients must report them to the information desk on the ground floor.
