Within the framework of regional patient care in Debrecen, we treat patients in the internal medicine department through the Emergency Clinic Ambulance (SKA).
After notification and consultation over the phone between the family doctor and the clinician (doctor–doctor discussion) patients with an acute condition, who have an autoimmune disease and are in continuing care at the clinic are seen. Acute care patients are also seen at the immunology specialist consultation as pre-agreed with their GP (doctor-doctor discussion) by phone.
Patients arriving with an urgent referral to angiology are seen every day by the appointed angiologist. These can be patients with a severe atherosclerosis associated with severe wounds or resting pain, and cases when the onset of the circulatory disorder is sudden and needs restoration within hours.
