Central Radiology Diagnostics supports outpatient and inpatient care by providing imaging technologies. Our services include traditional radiology examinations such as native imaging and fluoroscopy, all native and contrast examinations of the esophagus, stomach and intestinal tract, and the urogenitary system (iv urography, cystography, HSG), as well as fistulography. The complex diagnostics of the breasts including X ray and ultrasound examination, specimen mammography, galactography, preoperative bracketing wire localization. Angiography examinations, PTAs and vascular (iliac, femoral) stent implantations, thrombolysis, sclerotization. Carotid artery stenting (CAS) to treat internal carotid artery (ACI) stenosis. Native and contrast CT scans of the whole body. Ultrasound examinations of all regions of the human body - 2D real time color-coded duplex US, US-guided biopsies (fine needle and core biopsies), punctures, drainages. Should you experience any problems during the medical care process at our division, feel free to inform the Head of Division (head physician) and/or the senior assistant to enable us to address the problem. Patients should bring with them their previous discharge reports, medical findings or X-ray documentation. Patients should not have a meal 4 hours before a CT scan, and should drink plenty of fluid after the scan. Ultrasound and contrast examinations shall be performed on an empty stomach. The ultrasound imaging of the pelvis needs a full bladder. CT scans can only be requested by a specialist. Make sure you inform the staff of any drug allergy you have immediately before the examination.
