Inpatient care: Due to admission, in the afternoon of the previous day or in the early morning on the day of the surgery, as discussed with your doctor. Patients are requested to bring with them the list of the medications they take.
Preparation: In case of surgeries done under local anesthesia patients are requested to eat their breakfast and take their medications at home. In case of surgeries done under general anesthesia patients are asked to eat or drink nothing from midnight on the day of the surgery or take their medications with maximum a sip of water. 1-2 weeks before surgery patients will be examined by the anesthesiologist where the necessary preparations will be discussed.
