For patient admission the division requires the following documents: identification documents, social security (‘TAJ’) card, prescription exemption certificate, and documents of previous medical care (final reports, imaging and laboratory test results, ambulatory examinations). List of medication currently taken.
Adequate clothing and footwear suitable for secure walking are needed for physical training therapies.
Therapies and treatment are conducted in a previously scheduled order, depending on patients’ condition appointments may be modified.
For the undisturbed management of this multi-faceted activity, visitors are kindly asked to consider recommended visiting hours: on weekdays between 2:00 and 4:00 PM.
Discharges are discussed in advance with patients and their relatives, usually it takes place on Wednesday morning to secure smooth patient care and transfer.
