Operations require examinations prior to the procedure, the results of these tests and examinations (e.g. laboratory tests, ECG, chest x-ray) and the outpatient medical records received from the attending physician, the final medical reports of previous operations and the medical opinion of the anesthesiologist are required documents for the procedure and should be brought by the patients with themselves.
