- Identification card
- Address card
- Social security (‘TAJ’) card
- For foreign citizens: passport (EU health insurance card (EUCARD) - if they have one)
Recommended visiting hours
- Weekdays: between 2 PM and 4 PM
- Weekends and holidays: between 10 AM and noon and 2 PM and 4 PM
