When coming to the Dermatology Clinic for the first time, all personal data are entered in the medic system at the information desk on the ground floor. Documents needed:
- ID card,
- residence card,
- health insurance (‘TAJ’) card
- referral (if available)
Patients only need to report at the main reception again, if there is any change in their personal data (such as a change of address), or if the patient wants to make an appointment in person.
The information desk is open on weekdays: 7 AM – 3 PM. Inpatient admissions are handled in the office on the first floor every day 7 AM - 3 PM.
Admissions are appointment-only services. In emergency cases patients in need of inpatient care referred from the ambulatory unit, the specialist consultations, or transferred from other institutes are also handled here.
