Patients scheduled for admission should arrive at the ward at the time set by the attending doctor.
We will assign the patient a bed in the ward, where the attending doctor performs his/her daily activities.
In order to be admitted patients must present their reports of preliminary examinations, or scans (for example CT, MRI), ID card, health insurance (TAJ) card and residence card. Patients transferred from a different clinic should bring their discharge summary that they received there.
Patients being transferred from our clinic receive their discharge summary and certificate of stay.
