When admitted to an inpatient ward patients should bring their previous medical documents, toiletries, pajamas, night clothes, slippers, dressing gown, cup and cutlery.
The rules of the ward containing the regulations of hospitalization is posted in the ward for the benefit of patients and visitors.
Upon discharge patients receive a discharge summary from the attending doctor.
The ward nurse prepares the nursing discharge summary and hands it over to the patient.
