Specialty examinations for outpatients are provided every weekday in our modern examination rooms. Besides General and Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, we are also glad to provide patient care in Audiology, Phoniatrics, Otoneurology and Rhinology, as well as Speech Therapy.
Our work is complemented by the services of our speech therapist offering individual consultations.
Our General and Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery consultations are available without referral. For appointments see our contact details under “Patient Registration”.
Audiology, Phoniatrics, Otoneurology, Rhinology, and Speech Therapy consultations are available on referral either from your GP or an otorhinolaryngologist, as well as other specialists.
Obviously, in urgent acute cases (e.g. suspicion of foreign body; choking or bleeding persons, or patients suffering from high fever or otorhinolaryngologic inflammatory diseases accompanied by severe pain) no referral or appointment making is needed. (For details see the section on “Acute care”.)
Due to the emergency state caused by the corona virus pandemic new procedural rules have been introduced in patient care.
